My stay at the Platinum was fantastic! The hotel was perfect for my family and me as it provided a peaceful retreat just off the Strip, without any casino chaos. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, plus the amenities like the pool and sauna added to our relaxation. However, I did notice extra fees creeping in, which was a bit annoying, especially since I received less-than-ideal responses from the front desk staff when I inquired about them.
